Mission Statement

The mission of this research project is to contribute to the academia in Korea and abroad by laying a firm foundation for Korean studies through in-depth research on a wide range of topics related to Korean studies.

• Joint Researchers: Korea Studies researchers in AKS or other institutions

• Joint and exclusive research on the themes in line with the mission of the ASK and needs of academia in Korea and abroad.
• Research on fundamental or trade-related areas of Korean Studies.
• Research aimed at globally spreading Korean cultural heritage and reestablishment of the Korean values.
• Leading research that serves to establish the future direction of Korean Studies.
