Workshop and Conference Support | The program supports academic workshops and conferences on Korea-related subjects which will be held between June, 2012 and May, 2013 | a. Scholarly Journal Support | AKS assists scholarly journals for the broad dissemination and impact of original research results in Korean Studies. | a. Three copies of the application (form 4). b. Publication Subsidy | The program supports the publication of scholarly books on Korea-related subjects. It is mandated to support scholarship that makes a substantial contribution to knowledge. | a. Author’s CV. | Researchers affiliated with education and research institutions outside Korea. Applicants are expected to have a memorandum of agreement with a publisher and the publication should not be supported by other funding institutions. |
Distinguished Paper Award | The program gives distinguished paper awards to authors of excellent research papers published in A&HCI, SSCI and SCI, and Scopus listed journals. | a. Three copies of the application (form 6). b. Two copies of the original journal or five copies of the journal article, including the journal’s cover and title page. c. Author’s CV. d. Written consent from co-authors, if a manuscript was co-authored. | Researcher who published an article in A&HCI, SSCI, SCI, or SCOPUS listed journal in 2011 without any financial support. |
