The Graduate School of Korean Studies holds the 1st GSKS Korean Culture Session, "Creating Ganghakdang as Hanok, a Korean Traditional Architecture".
This session offers, in particular to those interested in Korean architecture, a platform to hear about Korean style of building and design.
Since the construction of Ganghakdang, a Korean traditional Hanok style lecture hall, is on-going at the moment, the session will include explanation on the significance of Korean traditional style of architecture. We are happy to announce that the speaker of the session is Dr. Sang-Hae Lee, Professor Emeritus at Sungkyunkwan University. The colloquium will be held from 10:00 to 12:00 ,Friday, March 25th, 2016, in room 101 at the Graduate School building.
